Now officially an annual tradition :-) The Day Retreat is a great opportunity to give yourself a treat with a full day of Yuan Gong practice, revision and learning, as well as Ren Xue theory and discussion, with a Qi healing to finish it all off. What a feast!
Appropriate for anyone from seasoned practitioners to relative newcomers, as we will tailor the programme to suit most levels of experience. We recommend you attend a number of our classes first before considering this Day Retreat.
