Still Qigong & Group Healing - Mondays 10.30 - 11.30am Gentle, relaxing, & deeply nourishing - a session to restore, rebalance, & bring deeper healing to the body & all aspects of life. We use a variety of still qigong techniques to bring Jing, Qi & Shen (Body, Energy & Mind/Consciousness) into a healthier state, & then deepen this work with a group Qi healing. Appropriate for all levels including absolute beginners, & especially relevant for those looking to improve a specific health condition, undergoing treatment, or even recovering from surgery etc.
The Morning "Wake Me Up" - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 7.30 - 8.30am The perfect way to start the day - Yuan Gong - gather qi & replenish your energy levels, calm & settle the mind, stretch & strengthen your whole body - there's not much you can't achieve through a good Yuan Gong practice! All these practices are suitable for beginners - if you're unsure where to start get in touch beforehand. Whilst each session is slightly different depending on the participants needs, the general schedule is as follows: Mondays - Tian Yuan & Di Yuan (first & second methods) Wednesdays - Ren Yuan (third method) Fridays - Xia Yuan (fourth method)

Xia Yuan - learn & practice - Wednesday evenings 7.30-9pm: Xia Yuan - the 4th method of the Yuan Gong system - works on the organs. Very gentle & powerful, Xia Yuan works at a deeper level to strengthen & purify the pure organ Qi in the body. Suitable for all levels - absolute beginner to experienced. The practice of Xia Yuan is actually quite short & efficient, & hence we split this session into 2 parts - you can join for both parts or either depending on your needs: 7.30-8.15pm - learn & review the method 8.15-9pm - practice Xia Yuan Where: Online via Zoom only. The Patterns Project - Thursday evenings 7.30-9pm: Do you ever feel like parts of your life have become stuck in a rut? Do you see there's a better way to be in life but not sure how to get there?
Then join us as we explore patterns - how and why they form, and how to replace them with brighter ones that better help us on the path to true freedom.
We'll be looking at 10 fundamental patterns that can underlie other patterns in our life, and learning and practising 'Ling Yuan', the 'Method for reaching True Nature' and Tong Yuan, the practice to cultivate trust, openness, love, gratitude and Gongjing (respect) in the heart.
