"I'm new to Qigong! How can I start? Can I just join in?" "It's good to begin with Yuan Gong, the new and powerful Qigong form. We have regular Beginner's courses that are great for starting with. You're also welcome to come and join in with a practice class and see what it is all about.
"Which method should I start with?" Any of the four Yuan Gong methods are OK to get started on. Depending on your individual circumstances it may be more beneficial to start with one method in particular, so talk to us first. Beginners courses are a great way to get started.
"Why come to a group practice?" Just like a good atmosphere, energy builds when people get together - for instance at a concert or sports event. Hence a stronger 'Qifield' forms when people practise Qigong together. Many find the effects of practising in a group much stronger and the practice deeper. Plus it's motivating to meet other Qigongers, and nice to have a chat and hear Qi experiences!
