Yuan Tze will share how the tools of REN XUE can help you to:
achieve higher realisation through:
  • growing the heart by exploring its role in self-development and achieving harmony within and with others
  • developing healthy consciousness by working on our patterns of thought
improve health and wellbeing through:
  • a daily Qi healing session led by Yuan Tze
  • Yuan Qigong – learning and practising beautiful moving and still meditations using the body, mind, breath and Qi (energy)
